Records to be maintained.—Every manager of an institution shall maintain, in Form A, a record of the management of an institution showing the particulars of every register of trusts received, held and disposed of, shall make every entry in the record within three hundred and sixty-five days of the transaction to which it relates, and shall preserve the record for a period of five years from the date of the last entry.
