Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any sports body dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every code of conduct then held; and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
