Surrender of certificate.—Every railway administration who ceases to carry on the working of a railway shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Bihar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every luggage held by him has been disposed of.
