Surrender of certificate.—Every supplier of relief materials who ceases to carry on the storage of relief materials shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Fire Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every plan held by him has been disposed of.
