Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the co-operative bank shall apply to the Banking Ombudsman in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Banking Ombudsman shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
