Intimation of change.—Every owner of a fishing vessel shall intimate to the Port Authority, in Form 8 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Port Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
