Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any guarantee holder dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Comptroller and Auditor-General in Form GFR 25, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every account then held; and the Comptroller and Auditor-General shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
