Application for registration.—Every air traffic controller carrying on the control of air traffic shall make an application for registration to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in Form CA-1, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every aircraft held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
