Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a building near a defence work who ceases to carry on the erection of buildings near a defence work shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Station Commander in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every notice of manoeuvres held by him has been disposed of.
