Intimation of change.—Every petitioner before an authority shall intimate to the Appellate Authority, in Form B and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
