Surrender of certificate.—Every annuity service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of annuities shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Trustees in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 11 of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
