Intimation of change.—Every annuity service provider shall intimate to the Board of Trustees, in Form 19 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Trustees shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
