Application for registration.—Every owner of a solar power plant carrying on the generation of electricity from solar energy shall make an application for registration to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form VI, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every cylinder held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
