Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a solar power plant shall apply to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
