Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a solar power plant dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form VI, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every storage tank then held; and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
