Intimation of change.—Every owner of premises used as a polling station shall intimate to the Chief Electoral Officer, in Form 26 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Electoral Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
