Records to be maintained.—Every owner of premises used as a polling station shall maintain, in Form 2A, a record of the use of premises as a polling station showing the particulars of every advertisement received, held and disposed of, shall make every entry in the record within fourteen days of the transaction to which it relates, and shall preserve the record for a period of five years from the date of the last entry.
