Application for registration.—Every aircraft maintenance engineer carrying on the certification of aircraft maintenance shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form CA-3, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every flight plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
