Application for registration.—Every manufacturer of packaged drinking water carrying on the manufacture of packaged drinking water shall make an application for registration to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in Form H, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
