Surrender of certificate.—Every institution who ceases to carry on the running of an institution shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Secondary Education in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every certificate of recognition held by him has been disposed of.
