Intimation of change.—Every ship recycler shall intimate to the Mercantile Marine Department, in Form 3 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Mercantile Marine Department shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
