Application for registration.—Every operator of a critical information infrastructure carrying on the operation of critical information infrastructure shall make an application for registration to the Data Protection Board in Form C, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every digital signature held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
