Intimation of change.—Every operator of a critical information infrastructure shall intimate to the Data Protection Board, in Form B and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Data Protection Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
