Application for registration.—Every fit person carrying on the temporary care of a child by a fit person shall make an application for registration to the Local Complaints Committee in Form VI, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every admission register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
