Clause 2, Disaster Management (Installation Control) Order, 2009 [S5J-B21]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005); (b) "owner of a school building" means a person carrying on the safety of a school building; (c) "relief material" means a relief material received, held or disposed of by a owner of a school building in the course of the safety of a school building; (d) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
