Intimation of change.—Every contractor shall intimate to the Government of West Bengal, in Form GFR 40 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of West Bengal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
