Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any contractor dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of West Bengal in Form GFR 22, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of contracts then held; and the Government of West Bengal shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
