Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor who ceases to carry on the execution of contracts shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of West Bengal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 22 of the manner in which every utilisation certificate held by him has been disposed of.
