Intimation of change.—Every operator of a cruise vessel shall intimate to the Conservator of the Port, in Form 6 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Conservator of the Port shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
