Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a cruise vessel who ceases to carry on the operation of a cruise vessel shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Conservator of the Port in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 8 of the manner in which every register of vessels held by him has been disposed of.
