Application for registration.—Every operator of a cruise vessel carrying on the operation of a cruise vessel shall make an application for registration to the Conservator of the Port in Form 8, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every survey certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
