Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any sponsor of a competition dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Agency in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every anti-doping form then held; and the Agency shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
