Safe custody.—Every keeper of animals within the municipal limits shall keep every trade licence to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the keeping of animals is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every trade licence so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Town Vending Committee within seven days of the close of each year.
