Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of liquor who ceases to carry on the import of liquor into the State shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every cask held by him has been disposed of.
