Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a metro railway shall apply to the Commissioner of Railway Safety in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Commissioner of Railway Safety shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
