Application for registration.—Every licensee carrying on the running of licensed premises shall make an application for registration to the Standing Committee in Form C, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every vending certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
