Surrender of certificate.—Every hostel who ceases to carry on the running of a hostel shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regulatory Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every school building held by him has been disposed of.
