Application for registration.—Every person drawing ground water carrying on the extraction of ground water shall make an application for registration to the Ground Water Authority in Form B, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every source of water held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
