Application for registration.—Every bank conducting Government business carrying on the conduct of Government business by a bank shall make an application for registration to the Finance Commission in Form GFR 21, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every bid held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
