Surrender of certificate.—Every bank conducting Government business who ceases to carry on the conduct of Government business by a bank shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Finance Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 22 of the manner in which every contract held by him has been disposed of.
