Surrender of certificate.—Every working women's hostel who ceases to carry on the running of a working women's hostel shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commission for Women in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every admission register held by him has been disposed of.
