Conditions of registration.—Every working women's hostel shall carry on the running of a working women's hostel only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of children in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of children for inspection on request by the District Child Protection Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
