Surrender of certificate.—Every adventure sports operator who ceases to carry on the conduct of adventure sports shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every certificate of recognition held by him has been disposed of.
