Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any builder of a group housing scheme dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Competent Authority in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every project then held; and the Competent Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
