Surrender of certificate.—Every guardian appointed by the court who ceases to carry on the management of the property of a minor shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every order of maintenance held by him has been disposed of.
