Application for registration.—Every export oriented unit carrying on the manufacture of goods for export shall make an application for registration to the Development Commissioner in Form ANF-3A, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every export order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
