Intimation of change.—Every seller of goods on an electronic platform shall intimate to the State Commission, in Form G and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
