Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the seller of goods on an electronic platform to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form H, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the State Commission shall record the manner and the date of service within thirty days of the service.
