Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a fair shall apply to the Block Development Officer in Form 6 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Block Development Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
