Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the company secretary in practice shall apply to the Tribunal in Form DIR-12 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
